Heather Millen – Senior Communications Strategist

As Senior Communications Strategist at Scriptoria, Heather develops and strengthens communications strategies for a variety of organisations and campaigns, provides strategic communications advice, and conceptualises and produces a wide range of communications materials.

Heather brings over 12 years of experience leading the development of communications and marketing strategies with an emphasis on sustainable development, including circular economy, green cities, infrastructure, water and climate. She has collaborated closely with global public, private and civil society leaders and decision makers to advance communications objectives and has a wide media industry network to support outreach. Heather holds an Msc in Urban Environmental Geography from the University of Amsterdam.
